Job Purpose: The job holder will lead the execution and technical management of the student communication journey across the University’s CRM platforms, ensuring the effective administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and AUC Connect to enhance student engagement and service quality.Core Responsibilities:CRM Platform Administration and Configuration: Support the technical implementation and day-to-day administration of the Salesforce CRM and campus groups, e.g. AUC Connect, platformsCommunication Journey Design and Optimization: Execute and maintain the roadmap for omni-channel communication journeys throughout the entire student lifecycleAnalytics, Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on communication KPIs and campaign performance to diverse business stakeholdersStakeholder Collaboration and Project Execution: Lead technical collaboration with cross-functional business and technology teams to execute CRM initiativesSubject Matter Expertise and User Training: Serve as the technical subject matter expert for CRM best practices across the UniversityGeneral Additional Support: Perform other related duties as requestedQualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor's in computer science engineering or management of information systemsMinimum of eight years of experience with three to five years of professional work experienceProficiency in incorporating social media or digital platforms into comms strategyExperience with business or data analysis and SQL scripting Working knowledge with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, AUC Connect or Campus Groups, and higher education industry experienceSkills:Technical: Exhibits proficiency in SQL scripting and data analysis, with a strong understanding of higher education digital platformsAdvanced project management skills, the ability to incorporate social media into digital communication workflows, and exceptional interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaborationCommunication: Very strong interpersonal and presentation skills, strong ability to influence and collaborate and proven success in managing large projects This position is open till August 23, 2026.Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
