We're the first licensed by the National E-Learning Center (NELC), and we're renowned for providing tech-enabled tailored educational support to students from all ages and levels (K-12, university, and professionals).🪙 We've been backed by various local, regional, and international investors including Constructor Capital, Plug & Play Ventures, Techstars, KAUST, Hub71, family offices, and others.💡 A Fun Fact about AlGooru is that its name derives from "Guru," a Sanskrit word meaning a mentor, guide, expert, or master.The Role Highlights 💡Main Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime valueDesign and optimize personalized customer lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpointsUtilize data-driven insights to enhance customer communication and automate marketing processesA Day In Your Life:Develop and execute CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, etc.)Design and optimize customer journeys across different stages, ensuring personalized experiences based on user behavior and segmentationWork closely with the marketing and data teams to develop meaningful customer segments for targeted messagingImplement marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications to usersRegularly monitor and report on CRM and lifecycle campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance engagement and retentionWork closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across touchpointsUtilize our CRM tool (HubSpot) to manage customer data, track interactions, and support lifecycle marketing campaigns RequirementsYou're the CRM & Lifecycle Specialist we're looking for if you have:Proven experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, preferably in EdTech or SaaSProficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot, with a solid understanding of marketing automation and campaign managementAdvanced skills in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketingStrong data analysis and reporting abilities to measure campaign success and make data-driven improvementsExcellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamworkExperience with direct communication strategies such as WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications Our application process:Screening & Intro Call (5-10 mins)Chemistry Interview (15-30 minutes)Technical interview 1 (30-60 minutes)Technical interview 2 (30-60 minutes)Offer extended to successful applicantsBenefitsWhat We Offer You❗At AlGooru, we offer fair and competitive pay, scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.
