As a Customer Care Agent, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a professional, empathetic approach.QualificationsCustomer service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and active listeningTime management, multitasking, and organisational skills to efficiently handle multiple customer interactionsTechnical proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and standard office applicationsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plusPrevious customer service, call center, or related experience preferredAbility to work on-site in Settlement
