Project Manager – Travel Platform Migration12-Month Contract | Onsite | New Administrative Capital, CairoWe are partnering with one of the world's leading global payments and technology organizations on a strategic transformation initiative aimed at enhancing digital travel and customer experiences.As part of this program, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale travel platform migration, transitioning from a legacy travel solution to a modern platform that will support future growth and innovation.This role is ideal for a project professional with strong travel industry experience who understands travel operations, booking platforms, supplier ecosystems, and customer-facing travel services, while also being comfortable working with technology teams and platform integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of a travel platform migration program.Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, and external partners.Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance activities.Ensure a seamless transition from the existing travel platform to the new solution with minimal business disruption.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, travel suppliers, and third-party technology partners throughout the migration lifecycle.Support testing, business readiness, process changes, and operational rollout activities.Drive clear communication and alignment among business, technology, and vendor teams.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.What We're Looking For8-10 years of experience within the travel, tourism, hospitality, loyalty, or travel technology sectors.Understanding of travel operations, online booking journeys, travel products, reservations, supplier management, or travel service delivery.Exposure to travel platforms, booking systems, reservation technologies, or travel distribution environments.Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or platform implementations is highly desirable, although this is not a hands-on technical role.Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation, migration, implementation, or operational change initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.Excellent communication, planning, and risk management capabilities.Desirable ExperienceExperience working with travel providers, OTAs, GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), travel technology companies, or loyalty/rewards programs.Exposure to cardholder travel benefits, travel loyalty programs, or partnerships with banks, , or other financial services organizations.Experience managing supplier onboarding, platform transitions, or customer experience transformation initiatives.Why This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to join a high-profile international program and play a key role in transforming a travel platform used by customers globally.
