Your focus will be on providing high-quality transactional support, resolving immediate issues, and consistently delivering on our brand promise to every member of our community.Key Responsibilities: Inquiry Management: Handle daily customer interactions across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat) with a focus on First Contact ResolutionProblem Diagnosis: Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide tailored solutions. Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM. Standard Escalations: Recognize when an issue falls outside of standard policy and escalate it to the appropriate department. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
