Our client is looking for Fluent English speakers to join the customer service team and be the friendly face that welcomes new customers to their sustainable luxury fashion brand!In this role, your positivity, organization, and passion for sustainable fashion will shine as you manage key tasks in Customer Care, Logistics and General Administration.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your expertise in customer service and logistics while making an impact in the world of sustainable fashion.Logistics:Ensure smooth delivery of online orders by coordinating with logistics partners Manage orders: booking, scheduling, and tracking deliveries Oversee our try-on service: liaise with lenders and renters, schedule deliveries, and handle paymentsCoordinate dry-cleaning logistics and communicationCustomer Care:Be the first point of contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, and InstagramRespond to inquiries from lenders and renters, providing support and escalating issues when neededHelp with Instagram customer service: gather contact details, start WhatsApp groups, and send welcome messagesManage Instagram engagement: follow/unfollow accounts to grow our communityID VerificationGeneral Administration:Assist with data entry, research, and general admin tasksProduct uploads and approval. Support scheduling and other day-to-day activities to keep things running smoothly.
