As part of the York Holding Group, we combine global expertise with deep local market insight to deliver high-performing real estate investment opportunities. We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients — managing communications, coordinating service requests, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.Key Responsibilities• Handle client communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email promptly and professionally.• Create, update, and track service requests in the CRM system (Bitrix24).• Coordinate utility connections (Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet) under client names.• Assist clients with D5 and E-Visa applications, liaising with the Justice House and relevant authorities.• Support clients with bookings (flights, trains, hotels) and bank loan applications.• Upload resale listings on Georgian property platforms with videos, photos, and pricing.• Send monthly project update emails to all clients, ensuring transparency throughout.• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Renovation, Administration) to resolve client issues.Qualifications & Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, client relations, or similar role.• Bachelor's degree (preferably in administration direction);.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic - Arabic: C2 Native- English: C1 Fluent).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Bitrix24.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously..If ou are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment, we'd love to hear from you.
