The role is responsible for promoting Sanofi's oncology product to targeted Healthcare Professionals, ensuring optimal product knowledge dissemination, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that supports both patient outcomes and business objectives.About YouExecute territory-level sales strategies aligned with national and regional commercial plansEngage HCPs through high-quality, compliant, and scientifically accurate interactionsBuild and sustain strong professional relationships with key oncology stakeholdersMonitor territory performance and adapt approaches to maximize impactRepresent Sanofi's values and commitment to patients in every customer interactionKey Accountabilities Sales Execution & Territory ManagementAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the Hematology product within the designated territoryPlan and execute a structured call cycle to ensure optimal coverage and frequency of target HCPsDevelop and implement a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local market dynamicsMonitor sales performance data and adjust tactics proactively to address gaps and opportunities Customer Engagement & ExperienceDeliver compelling, balanced, and compliant product presentations to oncologists, hematologists, and other relevant HCPsProvide high-quality scientific and clinical information to support HCP decision-makingIdentify and address customer needs, objections, and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented mannerEnsure a consistent and differentiated customer experience across all touchpoints Stakeholder & Account ManagementIdentify, map, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders within the territoryBuild and maintain productive relationships with HCPs, hospital pharmacists, and other relevant decision-makersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver integrated customer solutions Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor competitive landscape and market trends within the oncology therapeutic areaAccurately record all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system in a timely mannerProvide regular territory reports and insights to line management Compliance & EthicsEnsure all activities are conducted in full compliance with Sanofi's Code of Ethics, local regulations, and industry codes of conductComplete all mandatory training and certifications within required timelinesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance obligations and report adverse events as required
