Role PurposeSupport SuperPay’s Growth team by turning customer and market data into clear, actionable insights that improve acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue performance. This role focuses on understanding user behavior across the payment journey and identifying growth opportunities through data, experimentation, and competitor analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer behavior across the full payments funnel (acquisition, onboarding, transactions, retention, churn).Build and maintain insights on user segments, transaction patterns, and growth drivers.Identify drop-off points and friction in the payment journey and recommend improvements.Support Growth team initiatives with data-driven insights for campaigns, product changes, and performance optimization.Run and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate impact on conversion and engagement.Monitor competitor fintech products and growth strategies in local and global markets.Track key growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, transaction frequency, revenue per user).Build dashboards and reports for Growth, Marketing, and Product teams using BI tools.Work closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical outputs.Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting and analysis.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, BusinessAnalytics, or related field.3-6 years of experience in customer insights, growth analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.Strong SQL, Python skills and solid experience with Excel.Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).Good understanding of growth metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and user behavior analysis.Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks is a plus.Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into clear growth actions.Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Fluent in English.
