FANA offers professionals the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and trusted market environment.Role Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven CRM Team Leader to lead our CRM operations and drive customer engagement through HubSpot. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on expertise in CRM management, automation, AI-powered solutions, and data analysis to optimize customer journeys, improve business performance, and lead a high-performing remote team.Key Responsibilities: · Lead, coach, and develop the CRM team, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.· Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including Pipelines, Properties, Lists, Workflows, CRM Automation, and Marketing Automation across multiple products and services.· Ensure customer data accuracy and quality while managing AI Agents and maintaining the Knowledge Base.· Build executive dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyze customer and sales performance, and provide actionable recommendations.· Monitor marketing campaigns, sales communications, and DM inbox performance to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to optimize customer journeys and business processes.· Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence across CRM functions.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.· 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM.· Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (latest version), including CRM Automation and Marketing Automation.· Strong experience in data analysis, executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI management.· Experience with Excel, CRM integrations, and process optimization.· Practical experience managing AI Agents, Knowledge Bases, and using Prompt Engineering techniques.· Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Media Buying, Sales Processes, and Customer Journey Management.· Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.· Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.· Fluency in Arabic and English.Preferred Qualifications· HubSpot Certifications.· Experience working with remote teams.· Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions.If you are passionate about CRM, automation, data-driven and team leadership, we would love to hear from you.Send your CV to the following email address: hr@fana.sa
