About the RoleFoundever is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representatives to join a leading healthcare account. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers navigating healthcare-related inquiries, delivering accurate information and a consistently high standard of service.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services and benefitsProvide accurate and professional responses while adhering to quality and compliance standardsMeet and maintain account KPIs throughout and after the training periodEscalate complex cases appropriately while ensuring a smooth customer experienceCompensation & BenefitsSalary up to 22,000 EGP gross + performance-based bonusesFully paid training program of approximately one month, including KPI periodMedical and social insurancePromotion opportunities available after 6 monthsDoor-to-door transportation provided for men and women on shifts ending at 10:00 PM or laterRequirementsUniversity degree is required (graduates only)Previous experience in customer service is preferredMinimum B2 English level (written and spoken) is requiredAbility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekendsDetail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
