THE POSITION Job PurposeThe main purpose of the role is ensuring the highest service level to our customers by successfully managing and improving the entire process. This process includes order receipt until delivery to the customer warehouse. This role will be the single point of contact for all internal and external customer-related queries. Dimensions Job Location – CairoPosition Reporting Line – This position reports directly to the Customer Service & Distribution Planning Manager ME based in DubaiPeople reporting to the position – Not ApplicableAccountabilities Sales Order Processing Collect, create, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for customers, service providers, and internal processes Maintain relevant data with regard to assortment and order forms Collect, create, and maintain customer Master Data in SAP Timely order processing Coordinate with Supply & Demand team on stock availability Create transparency to customers on order status Coordinate with logistics service providers on pick & pack, loading, and delivery Manage Logistical Value Added Services (LAS) to deliveries when required Ensure that the customer has all required documentation for clearance in case of cross-border shipments Monitor deliveries up to the delivery point and Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt Keep logistics service providers accountable to agreed KPIs Claims and Quality Management Acknowledge & investigate all claims from receipt to resolution Provide support to QA team where required Relationship Management Develop Customer Supply Relationship with partners in order to fully understand their daily requirements Understand key distribution routes to and warehouse operations at partners. Develop relationships with key distribution, warehouse, and transport personnel at partners Proactively investigate and identify the root cause of queries Implement improvement processes in order to achieve supply chain optimization and reduce complexity wherever possible Reporting Provide monthly service level report identifying all losses and reasons Weekly updates on sales progress and associated risks Various reports related to order management and logistics KPIsYour Profile Job Profile Criteria : Qualified Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain) Preffered 1-2 years supply chain work experience (i.e. Customer service, supply chain analyst, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage Team worker and able to work autonomously with guidance. Collaborative with good interpersonal skills; can build strong relationships quickly. Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style Strong analytical ability. Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment.
