About Shiny White Dental CentersShiny White Dental Centers is the leading Dental Service Organization (DSO) in the Middle East,Recognized for its advanced expertise in full-arch rehabilitation and comprehensive patient care. With over 500 employees and dentists working collaboratively across multiple branches. Shiny White has built an integrated ecosystem that unites clinical excellence with operational efficiency.As a dental organization with a well-established medical and administrative structure, Shiny White ensures seamless coordination between all departments from diagnosis and treatment planning to patient experience and business operations. Our model empowers every team member to contribute to the shared mission of restoring function, esthetics, and confidence through world-class dental care delivered in record time.Job Description:Patients’ satisfaction: Accountable for arranging patient’s workflow between reception and clinicsCommunicate with the patients and minimize their waiting time inside the reception handling any issues regarding them to ensure their complete satisfaction and once they are satisfied ask them for a branch review . Handle angry patients and manage complains & prepare ahead daily report .Commercial:Achieve the sales goals and ensure that the branch meets the target with full cooperation with the commercial department & prepare ahead daily report .Manage the Additional Discounts with the commercial manager.Revise all the daily patients’ payments & prepare ahead daily income report in coordinate with branch accountant.Admin tasks: Daily call the direct new patients (Packages) to confirm their appointments & reserve slots to start treatment. Ensure that all the patients’ consents are being signed and uploaded on the patient file on the system Responsible for arranging paramedical roasters (assistants & nurses) and & send it weekly to HR. Proven experience as public relation specialist or front desk representative.Proficient in English (oral and written)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationWorking Days ( 5 Days per week )Days off: Two days offPresentable is a Must.
