For a very well-known Company based in Obour City an Operations Manager E-Commerce is urgently needed.Job Responsibilities:Shopify Store ManagementOwn and manage the Shopify store on a daily basisUpload and maintain fashion products with accurate size charts, colors, fabrics, fits, and pricingManage collections by season, drop, category, and campaignEnsure product imagery, descriptions, and tagging follow brand standardsOnline MerchandisingPlan and execute homepage, collection, and PDP merchandisingManage launches, drops, promotions, and markdownsOptimize product ordering, filters, and navigation for fashion browsingEnsure correct display of variants (sizes, colors, fits)Performance & GrowthMonitor and analyze KPIs: sales, conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, returnsWork with marketing on campaigns, paid ads, email, and SMSIdentify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce returnsPrepare regular performance reports and insightsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldStrong Shopify proficiency is mandatoryExperience managing high-SKU catalogs with size and color variantsFamiliarity with fashion KPIs (sell-through, size performance, returns)Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the retail industryStrong experience in fashion and apparel retail5 working days from the officeVery good command of English, both written and spoken
