The role goes beyond account management: you'll be actively involved in recruitment coordination and program delivery end to end, working with employers across the region and partnering closely with internal teams to make things run smoothly.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for corporate clients across phone, email, and chat — in both Arabic and English — supporting them throughout the program journeyRun consultations to understand each client's hiring goals and recommend the right program structure for themSupport the day-to-day delivery of recruitment and talent programs across the regionManage a high volume of client accounts across multiple programs and stages without losing trackConduct interviews and briefings one-on-one or via Rena, our in-house AI interviewerCoordinate with clients and internal teams to make sure programs run smoothly from onboarding through completionMaintain accurate records across all systems, trackers, and databasesAnalyse client and program data, surface insights, and share recommendations with other teamsUse AI tools to improve the client experience and streamline internal workflowsTake ownership of issues and resolve them with sound judgement and creative problem-solvingRequirementsAvailable full-time.
