The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelistsKey Responsibilities:• Receive calls from customers and reply to their inquiries.• Conduct the first call to the customers and obtain clearance instructions.• Open Traces from the first day of arrival with a clear indication of shipment status, with detailed information about Egyptian regulations.• Handle all shipments that need amendment in the name of the consignee and FedEx clearance pending/stopped shipments until needed. Paperwork is submitted by the customer.• Follow up on Re-export shipments (from FedEx Clearance) and obtain necessary approvals from the shipper or consignee for the return. And follow up with the subcontractor until the shipment leaves the cage.Qualifications:• Bachelor's educational degree• Very good command of the English language• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.Work Location: Sheraton, heliopolis.
