Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven After-Sales Customer Service Specialist to manage customer follow-ups, ensure proper maintenance of water filtration systems, and drive filter replacement sales. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to meet daily targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily follow-ups with existing customers to ensure proper usage and performance of water filtration systems.Contact customers to remind and convince them to replace filters based on usage and maintenance schedules.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for filter replacement and maintenance services.Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance and its impact on water quality and health.Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule technician visits.Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.Identify upselling opportunities (additional filters, upgrades, maintenance contracts). Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele-sales, or After-sales (preferably in technical products).Strong communication and persuasion skills (VERY IMPORTANT).Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve KPIs.Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls.Good knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.Very good Arabic & good English.Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.Preferred Profile:Experience in water treatment, home appliances, or maintenance services.Sales background is a strong advantage.Strong follow-up discipline and customer handling skills.KPIs & Performance Metrics:Daily calls volume.Conversion rate (filter replacement).Customer satisfaction.Follow-up consistency.Key Competencies:Negotiation & closing skillsObjection handlingCustomer relationship managementTime management & discipline
