Job Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visual concepts and designs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand identity and supports marketing and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of creative concepts for digital and print materials.Develop branding materials, marketing campaigns, social media visuals, presentations, and promotional assets.Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications.Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to translate business requirements into compelling designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output quality.Mentor and guide junior designers when needed. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.4–6+ years of proven experience in graphic design (preferably in a senior role).Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a wide range of design projects.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.Experience with digital content design for social media and web platforms.Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
