About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / PR Representative to manage client communication before and after delivery. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth customer experience, confirming delivery details, and collecting feedback to improve our service and operations.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers before delivery to confirm order details, timing, and readinessFollow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and proper installationHandle customer feedback, complaints, and issues professionallyTrack and document customer experience for each orderIdentify recurring problems and report them to management (delivery delays, damages, miscommunication, etc.)Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve issues quicklyFollow up on website orders from confirmation stage until successful deliveryMaintain clear and organized communication records Requirements:2–5 years of experience in customer service, PR, or client relationsStrong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsAbility to handle customer complaints calmly and professionallyExperience in retail, e-commerce, or furniture industry is a plusGood knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus
