About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our furniture showroom operations. This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage a sales team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure the showroom operates efficiently while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth workflowLead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve targetsMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reportsEnsure high standards of customer service and in-store experienceHandle key customer interactions and close high-value dealsCoordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teamsOversee product display, merchandising, and showroom presentationManage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluationsIdentify opportunities to increase sales and improve operations Requirements:5–8 years of experience in retail, preferably in furniture or home solutionsProven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant ManagerStrong leadership and team management skillsSales-driven mindset with the ability to close dealsGood understanding of showroom operations and customer behaviorStrong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)Proficiency in Excel and retail/ERP systems ODoo ERP  is a big Plus
