Job Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, chat, and social media platforms).Assist customers with topping up gaming cards (such as PUBG, Free Fire, and PlayStation) as well as chat and live-streaming applications.Follow up on orders to ensure successful top-up transactions and resolve any technical issues users may face.Provide detailed explanations of available offers and discounts on different cards.Handle customer complaints professionally and flexibly, and work on resolving them promptly.Record transaction data and regularly update customer records. Requirements:Strong communication skills and professionalism in speaking.Quick learner with the ability to handle electronic top-up systems efficiently.Preference for candidates with an interest or background in gaming and applications.Ability to work in rotational shifts.
