Role Description The Customer Service Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The specialist handles inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and other channels, providing clear information about products and services while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable solutions. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.Fluency in English ( B2 - C1 Level)Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.Must Be Flexible with Rotational Shifts University Graduates
