Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions about products, services, and company policies via phone, email, or chat.Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling refunds.Data Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update profiles in the CRM system.Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
