The Customer Service Specialist will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. The role includes handling complaints, tracking issues, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency. The specialist will document interactions in the company’s systems, escalate complex issues when needed, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service or product-related problems.
