About the RoleFoundever is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a well-established international car rental account. In this role, you will support customers through their rental journey, handling inquiries, reservations, and service-related requests with professionalism and efficiency. Given the nature of the account, candidates must be fully comfortable working night and overnight shifts on a rotational basis.Location: Nasr City, City StarsKey ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries via calls and live chatAssist customers with reservations, modifications, and issue resolutionMaintain high quality and adherence standards across all interactionsMeet and sustain account KPIs consistentlyCompensation & BenefitsSalary up to 22,200 EGP grossMedical and social insuranceDoor-to-door transportation provided (for both males and females) for all shifts departing between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AMPromotions after 6 months based on performanceTraining: Fully paidRequirementsMinimum B2+ English level (written and spoken) is requiredUniversity degree is required (graduates only)Males must present their original military service certificate upon applicationFull availability for rotational shifts, with a strong bias toward night and overnight hoursStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
