Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients over the phone, maintaining professional communication standards, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
