Courses emphasize communicative goals and effective language use across all skill areas. 4level1 offers both online and face-to-face classes, teaching students across the Middle East remotely and delivering in-person classes in Riyadh.Role Description The Call Center Representative role at 4level1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, the representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about courses and services, and provide accurate information to prospective and current learners. Daily tasks include managing customer concerns, resolving issues, documenting interactions in the system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will support enrollment processes, update learner records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves maintaining service quality standards, meeting performance targets, and adhering to professional communication guidelines.QualificationsStrong background in customer-facing roles, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in Customer Support.Proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear verbal communication.Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with CRM systems, email, and basic office software.Fluency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in education, training, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
