We’re Hiring | Client Success AssociateWe are looking for a Client Success Associate to join our growing team and serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program.Location: Nasr CitySchedule: US Shift (Monday – Friday)Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (split into two fixed shifts)Fixed Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday- Compensation & Benefits• Net Salary: 23,000 EGP• KPI Bonus: Up to 5,000 EGP based on performance• Social Insurance• Medical Insurance- Core Responsibilities• Deliver professional and empathetic support through inbound and outbound calls• Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems• Verify client identities following company compliance and security procedures• Resolve routine client inquiries using approved workflows and guidelines• Escalate complex legal or financial cases when required• Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and productivity standards- Requirements• Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level)• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or call center operations• Experience in financial services or debt settlement is a plus• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems• Typing speed of 45+ WPM• Strong multitasking and communication skills in a structured, metrics-driven environment
