We’re hiring: Customer Success Executive — Arabic DeskTuition Highway is expanding its TH Customer Success Team, and we are looking for an entry-level Customer Success Executive to support our Arabic-speaking parent community.This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable speaking with parents in both Arabic and English.You will help parents through the full journey — from their first enquiry to demo scheduling, onboarding, class coordination, follow-ups, and ongoing support.What we are looking for:Fluent Arabic and strong spoken EnglishClear written communicationCalm and professional phone/WhatsApp mannerAbility to follow up properly and keep parents updatedStrong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learnInterest in education, tutoring, or customer supportThis is an entry-level role, but we are looking for someone serious, reliable, and comfortable representing Tuition Highway with parents across the GCC and other Arabic-speaking markets. Bachelor’s degree required.
