Your role and responsibilities In a typical day, you will own and drive the execution strategy for clients leveraging IBM Cloud. As customer business priorities evolve, you will continuously assess outcomes, recalibrate success plans, and guide clients along the optimal path to value. You will engage regularly with client stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical and operational actions-at times directly implementing configuration or enablement changes within client environments to support your recommendations.You will proactively identify capability gaps, adoption risks, or operational blockers that could limit customers from achieving desired outcomes and then build and execute structured plans to close those gaps. Working closely with Cloud Sellers, Technical Sellers, Solution Architects, and Specialists, you will document insights, present recommendations, and lead outcome‑focused discussions that encourage collaborative decision‑making and long‑term partnership.Key Responsibilities* Plan, execute, and track the adoption and value realization of IBM Cloud offerings across new and existing clients.* Lead strategic discussions around cost optimization, consumption models, and commercial constructs, helping customers maximize value from IBM Cloud investments.* Analyze customer business objectives and leverage IBM tooling and analytics platforms to create actionable reporting, dashboards, and optimization plans that clearly demonstrate business impact within the Revenue Technology platform.* Perform regular operational and value reviews, presenting insights and results to customers and internal IBM leadership with a focus on outcomes, risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities.* Collaborate with a global, cross‑functional team to grow and scale strategically important IBM Cloud initiatives.* Partner with domain experts across IBM Technology, bringing together the broader IBM portfolio to deliver holistic insights across a customer's total IT and operational spend.* Act as the voice of the customer, championing client needs and feedback while influencing IBM Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation aligned to real‑world customer requirements.Create at scale motions for IBM Public Cloud by creating and nurturing a technical community, posting blogs, documentation, how-to guides, hosting webinars and AMAs. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise . Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise. Skilled at building relationships with customers and co-workers. Proven track record of developing frameworks to solve ambiguous problems and leveraging data to derive insights that lead to actionable recommendations
