Bright Creations is our delivery arm, developing enterprise-grade software solutions, including CaseTrack for Assistance companies.We work with real estate developers, financial institutions, and enterprise clients across multiple industries.We are now hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our products and solutions.Role OverviewThe Customer Success Lead will be responsible for onboarding, training, adoption, and long-term success of clients using DAZU and Bright Creations products. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Teams, Sales Ops, IT, and Assistance teams) to ensure smooth implementation, continuous product usage, and high satisfaction.This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and implementation for new clients across DAZU and Bright Creations products.Ensure clients successfully adopt tools such as DAZU Realty, Connect, Wealth, Business, AI, DPN, and CaseTrack.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and ongoing enablement for operational and management teams.Monitor product usage, identify adoption gaps, and proactively drive engagement.Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients, managing communication and expectations.Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps) to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Track client health, identify risks early, and take action to prevent churn.Support renewal cycles and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across the DAZU ecosystem.Maintain clear documentation, follow-up actions, and onboarding plans.RequirementsMust Have3–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination.Experience with SaaS, fintech, proptech, or enterprise software.Strong communication & relationship management skills.Ability to deliver structured training and onboarding sessions.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up abilities.Fluent in English and Arabic.Nice to HaveExperience working with real estate developers, assistance companies, or financial institutions.Familiarity with ATS, ERP, CRM, reconciliation systems, or workflow tools.Comfort working with technical teams and API-driven products.
