Your role is to ensure every customer feels confident, informed, and supported throughout their journey—from first interaction to long-term loyalty.You will handle customer inquiries, guide users through the platform, and proactively help resolve concerns while maintaining Goldady’s premium, trustworthy brand tone.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and emailGuide users through account setup, gold buying/selling, delivery, and vaulting processesClearly explain Goldady’s services, pricing, security, and policies in a simple, reassuring mannerResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalismEscalate technical or financial issues when needed and follow up until resolutionTrack customer feedback, FAQs, and recurring issues to help improve the product experienceMaintain accurate records of interactions and outcomesRepresent Goldady’s values of trust, transparency, and reliability in every interactionRequirements1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Call Center roles (fintech, banking, or e-commerce is a plus)Strong communication skills in Arabic (Egyptian dialect) and EnglishAbility to explain complex concepts in a clear, friendly wayHigh emotional intelligence and problem-solving skillsComfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and digital platformsTrustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work under pressure and handle sensitive financial conversationsNice to HaveBackground in fintech, banking, investment platforms, or financial servicesFamiliarity with gold products or investment conceptsExperience handling high-value transactions or VIP customersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling fintech-gold platformHands-on experience in Egypt’s evolving digital investment spaceSupportive, ambitious team cultureReal impact on customer trust and brand growthWhy Join Goldady?At Goldady, you’re not just answering questions—you’re helping people feel secure about their money and investments.
