Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining and updating employee personnel files and HR records.Support the preparation and collection of onboarding documents for new hires.Ensure employee documents are complete and properly organized.Assist in preparing employment contracts, HR letters, and other personnel-related documents.Support the process of social insurance and labor office documentation, when applicable.Help track employee attendance records and leave balances.Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.Assist employees with basic inquiries related to personnel procedures and required documents.Support the HR team in preparing reports and personnel-related documentation.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.QualificationsUndergraduate student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.Strong interest in Human Resources and Personnel Administration.Basic understanding of labor law and HR processes is a plus.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).SkillsTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Excel and Word.Data entry and record management.Document filing and organization.Basic reporting and documentation.Soft SkillsAttention to detail.Time management.Communication skills.Teamwork and collaboration.Problem-solving.Professionalism and confidentiality.Willingness to learn and adapt.
