The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. Daily tasks include documenting customer interactions, following established scripts and procedures, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role also involves updating customer records in the system, following up on open cases, and meeting performance and quality targets. The specialist will work as part of a team, participate in regular training, and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude at all times.QualificationsStrong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Support and Customer Service skills.Effective Communication skills suitable for an A2+ English level, with clear and polite phone etiquette.Familiarity with Contact Centers, call handling procedures, and basic call center metrics is an advantage.Basic Computer Literacy, including the ability to use call center software, email, and data entry tools.High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, languages, or customer service is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Giza on a full-time schedule, including potential shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.Strong problem-solving attitude, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow standardized procedures and policies.
