Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Arabic Customer Support Specialist within the banking industry. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries in Arabic, resolving account-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns efficiently and effectively while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
