Our systems process large volumes of data daily and power mission-critical workflows for dealerships and OEM partners.This role is ideal for someone who is technical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering a great user experience.What you’ll be doing: • Providing first-level customer support to clients via WhatsApp, in-app chat, and email • Assisting customers in both English and Arabic • Running reports and helping investigate customer queries • Reproducing and isolating software issues for escalation to engineering teams • Assisting with product testing and QA processes • Supporting product rollouts, updates, and customer communications • Helping maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clientsWhat we’re looking for: • Fluent English and Arabic communication skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability • Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive • Comfortable working with software platforms and technology products • Automotive industry knowledge is a bonus • Previous customer support or SaaS experience preferredJoin a fast-growing automotive technology company working with leading dealerships across multiple countries.
