Alostaz is a cloud-based, ZATCA-compliant accounting and e-invoicing platform serving 2,000+ SMBs in Saudi Arabia. We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the platform.*What you'll do*- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone- Troubleshoot accounting/e-invoicing issues within the platform- Guide customers through onboarding and ZATCA compliance questions- Escalate technical bugs to the product team- Track and report recurring customer issues*Requirements*- Background in accounting, finance, or a related field- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written); working English a plus- Strong communication and problem-solving skills-1-4 years of experience.*Nice to have*- Experience in a customer-facing role (call center, support, or similar)- Familiarity with SaaS or accounting software*Details*- Fully remote- Full-time
