We are looking for talented Data analyst to Analyze business data and develop accurate dashboards and reports that deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support stakeholder decision-making.Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations for stakeholders. Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analysis needs. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.Requirements Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related field1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role. Background in fintech or e-commerce is highly preferred. Experience using dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs. Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools. Experience working in data-driven, fast-paced environments.
