Data Entry Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry to join our team. You will be responsible for entering and updating data within SAP modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with defined input profiles and authorization rules. This role requires a strong commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and collaboration with team members.Responsibilities Enter and update data in SAP modules (e.g., master data, orders, time/administrative records) following defined input profiles and authorization rules. Transfer data from source documents (paper, email, Excel) into SAP and internal databases within set time limits. Run routine reports/exports from SAP/Excel for supervisors; perform simple data backups or archive completed work to designated locations. Maintain confidentiality and follow data integrity/security policies; escalate issues to the admin lead when needed. Collaborate with the PMO/admin team to clarify requirements, reconcile discrepancies, and improve the data-entry workflow.Qualifications Fluent English Has experience in working with databases. Proficient with MS Office suite of programs, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Professional attitude, experience in treating stakeholders with respect and dignity. Attention to detail & accuracy in high-volume, repetitive entry. Typing/keyboard proficiency (accuracy matters). Organization & time management to meet daily entry targets. Basic understanding of databases/spreadsheets (e.g., fields, formats, filters). Confidentiality & data security awareness. Team communication skills to clarify inputs and resolve data issues.
