Overview: The Football Data Team Leader is responsible for leading the team that creates, manages, and maintains accurate, complete, and consistent football data across the platform.Qualifications:* 3+ years in football data entry, football administration, player registration or football research.* Experience leading / supervising a team of 3–5 people.* Strong football knowledge.* Excellent research skills.* Strong attention to detail.* Excellent written English.* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.* Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.).* Ability to create documentation, SOPs and training materials.* Ability to train, mentor and transfer knowledge to team members.Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage and support a team of 5–6 data entry specialists.* Assign workload, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines.* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.* Create and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and documentation.* Build training materials and conduct onboarding.* Run regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.* Ensure all processes and knowledge are well documented.* Oversee the creation and maintenance of: Tournaments, Seasons, Stages, Groups, Matches, Clubs, Teams, Logos, Team Information, Assistant Referees, Team Rosters, Transfers.* Collect data from official and reliable sources.* Verify accuracy and resolve conflicts.* Ensure completeness and consistency of data.* Review and audit data quality.* Identify and prevent duplicates and inconsistencies.* Enforce data standards and validation rules.* Improve workflows and team efficiency.* Leverage AI tools to increase productivity and accuracy.* Propose solutions to reduce manual work.* Produce weekly reports on: new entities, data quality, duplicates, productivity, completeness, and key metrics.Vacancy Highlights:Location : Street 9, Mokattam, Cairo / HybridWorking days : 6 days/weekContract type : Full-time
