This senior-level role involves leading complex SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) projects, providing strategic insights, and guiding client engagements to successful outcomes.The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. As a Senior Consultant, you will drive best practices, oversee solution design, and mentor junior team members to ensure delivery excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesAnalyze complex business processes and financial requirements to design customized SAP solutionsGuide configuration, testing, and integration activities across FI and CO modulesProvide expert advice and recommendations on SAP FICO functionalities and enhancementsManage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation managementMentor and support junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and skills developmentStay current with SAP best practices, updates, and industry trends to inform solution strategiesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related disciplineMinimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO consulting rolesProven expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, implementation, and supportStrong experience leading SAP FICO projects and mentoring team membersExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams and client stakeholdersRelevant SAP certifications in FICO modules are highly desirableBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
