We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLEData Privacy Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions EgyptROLE SUMMARYThis role provides operational support to the GS Privacy Officer in implementing and maintaining the organization’s data protection framework. The Data Privacy Specialist is responsible for executing privacy operations, maintaining documentation, supporting assessments, coordinating with system and data owners, and helping ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws (UAE PDPL, Egypt PDPL, GDPR, etc.).ROLE PROFILESupport the organization’s data privacy framework through guidance, documentation, and templatesConduct and document operational privacy assessments such as DPIAs, IDPAs, and project based evaluations.Promote data privacy compliance and data ethics awareness across business functions.Review of internal and external data privacy requirements and conduct data protection impact assessments and conduct risk monitoring and reporting.Support the maintenance, continuous improvement, and assessment of Majid Al Futtaim’s data privacy controls by coordinating with business areas to ensure consistent implementation, monitoring, and reporting of privacy risks.Manage the end‑to‑end processing of DSRs (access, deletion, correction, consent withdrawal) and coordinate with system owners to ensure timely responses.Conduct vendor privacy risk assessments, including reviewing DPAs, TIAs, and ensuring contract clauses meet privacy requirements.Maintain and operate privacy management tools (e.g., Securiti.ai, OneTrust).REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in law, information systems/security or Business Administration is preferred.1–3 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, legal, audit, or related fields.Certifications in CIPP/E, CIPP/M or CIPT is a plus.1–2 years of hands-on experience with privacy management tools like OneTrust or Securiti.ai.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
