We are looking for a Data Scientist who turns raw data into decisions that move the business forward. You will build predictive models, run experiments, and work directly with cross-functional teams to shape strategy through evidence. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and optimize business outcomes Collect, clean, and analyse large structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights Design and run A/B experiments and statistical tests to validate hypotheses and inform product and business strategy Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities to leverage data for growth and efficiency Monitor and maintain deployed models, refining algorithms as new data and business requirements evolve Advise leadership on data-driven strategies that drive organizational growth, reduce costs, and improve customer experience Required Qualifications 3+ years in a data science or analytics role Proficiency in Python and SQL; R is a plus Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and ML algorithms Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or equivalent experience Nice to Have Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or NLP techniques Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and production monitoring Experience with OLAPs/DWHs Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure); cloud certifications a plus Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or Matplotlib/Seaborn Awareness of Explainable AI (XAI), model fairness, and AI governance Experience with real-time data pipelines and stream analytics
