Deal Opener – Business Development ManagerReporting To: Head of SalesAt Intella, we are building the future of Arabic AI — and we are expanding our commercial team to match our ambition. We are looking for a driven and disciplined Business Development Manager to open doors, generate pipeline, and bring the right conversations to the table across our target markets.This is not an account management role. This is a hunting role. What You Will Do• Identify and engage target accounts across GCC, Levant, and North Africa• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate first conversations• Profile decision-makers and map stakeholder landscapes• Qualify opportunities and hand off to senior sales for progression• Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Sales leadership on account strategy What We Are Looking For• 3–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales — preferably in technology or AI solutions• Proven track record of opening enterprise-level conversations• Strong communication and executive presence• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured outreach methodologies• Arabic fluency is essential; English proficiency is required• Experience across GCC, Levant, or North Africa markets is a strong advantage
