Job Summary The Demand Planning Coordinator position main objective is providing accurate demand forecasting by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure optimal inventory levels. The position-holder will monitor forecast accuracy, analyze demand trends, and provide insights to stakeholders. Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for aftersales service parts and finished products, considering historical data, seasonality, and market trends. Ensure the timely availability of spare parts and finished products for operation teams collaborating with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams. Work with operation teams to plan and schedule aftersales service activities effectively.Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely repairs and efficient service delivery. Analyze sales data, customer complaints, and service reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prioritize needs of spare parts and finished products according to complains or sales needs, and summarize needs to demand planning supervisor.Prepare and present demand planning reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance. Bachelor’s degree in business administrative, Commerce, or in a related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar field. Ability to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts. Proficient in analyzing trends, patterns, and historical data to generate insights. Understanding inventory optimization to meet customer demand. Skilled in working with teams across departments to gather and align inputs. Capability to track, evaluate, and improve forecast performance.
