We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with a dental background, ideally a dentist, to oversee and streamline our operational workflows within a clinical or dental production environment. The ideal candidate will reside in Nasr City or nearby areas for ease of access to the workplace.This role involves managing daily orders, supporting cross-functional dental teams, and ensuring seamless operations across shifts. Familiarity with ERP systems—preferably Odoo—and a strong grasp of dental workflows are crucial for maintaining high efficiency and quality standards.Key Responsibilities1. Order & Process ManagementMonitor incoming dental-related orders (e.g., aligners, appliances) and ensure timely and accurate processing.Identify workflow gaps or delays in dental production or logistics and implement timely solutions.Maintain adherence to deadlines and clinical quality standards.2. Team Coordination & SupportOversee task distribution, shift planning, and attendance monitoring.Support and guide technicians, assistants, and operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.Clearly communicate daily expectations and provide regular feedback to the team.3. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze KPIs for individuals and teams.Generate reports on productivity, delays, and operational challenges, suggesting improvements.Use data to enhance quality and streamline procedures.4. Technical & Administrative OversightManage ERP tools (especially Odoo) for tracking orders, stock, and workflow status.Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, workflow tracking, and documentation.Participate in system updates, audits, and operational improvements relevant to dental processes.5. Administrative & Travel CoordinationCoordinate flights, hotel bookings, and other travel logistics when required.Handle documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks with accuracy.Organize logistics for meetings, team-building events, and training sessions. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).Residency in Nasr City or surrounding areas is a must.Experience in operations, dental clinics, or dental manufacturing is a plus.Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Odoo, is strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
