At K Line Middle East, we are part of a global leader in clear aligner manufacturing, delivering high-quality, technology-driven dental solutions. Our operations rely on a robust IT infrastructure to support production, remote teams, and global collaboration.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our IT operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all systems and services.This role is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, managing infrastructure (cloud and on-prem), leading the IT team, and ensuring business continuity across all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations ManagementOversee daily IT operations, ensuring system uptime and service reliabilityManage incident response, problem resolution, and service requestsDefine and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metricsInfrastructure & Cloud ManagementManage and maintain IT infrastructure (cloud & on-premise)Oversee virtualization environments and network systemsEnsure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plansSecurity & ComplianceImplement and enforce IT security policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)Manage user access control and system securityTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop the IT teamAllocate resources and manage workloads effectivelyDrive performance and continuous improvementVendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage external IT vendors and service providersCollaborate with internal departments to support business needsProvide regular reports to senior management and CTO  QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field5–10 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructureProven experience in managing IT teamsStrong knowledge of:Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)Network & systems infrastructureIT service management (ITIL is a plus)Experience in the manufacturing or healthcare industry is a plus Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and decision-making skillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingHigh sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management Why Join UsWork in a fast-growing, technology-driven environmentBe part of a global organization with international exposureOpportunity to lead and shape IT operations in the region
