QualificationsStrong experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements in Egypt, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day decisions.Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and comfort working with HR metrics and reports.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.Previous experience in facilities management, real estate, large-scale operations, or giga-project environments is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong report-writing and presentation skills.
