Job Purpose : Design Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative and design projects within the Design Hub. This role ensures structured workflow management, efficient task allocation, and seamless collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time. It focuses on maintaining visibility, accountability, and consistency across multiple parallel projects while ensuring proper documentation and archiving practices. Key Accountability: Activities : Project Planning & Workflow Structuring ‒ Establish clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables based on briefs and business requirements. ‒ Structure and standardize workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency across all design projects. ‒ Translate briefs into actionable plans with defined milestones and responsibilities. Task Management & Resource Coordination ‒ Assign tasks to designers and relevant stakeholders based on capacity and priorities. ‒ Monitor workload distribution and optimize resource utilization across the Design Hub. ‒ Ensure alignment between Traffic Manager direction and execution teams. Progress Tracking & Delivery Management ‒ Track project progress against timelines, identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks. ‒ Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs while maintaining quality standards. ‒ Provide regular status updates and escalate issues when required. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication ‒ Act as the central coordination point between creative, marketing, and other business units. ‒ Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. ‒ Support cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and challenges. Documentation, Archiving & Process Governance ‒ Ensure all project documentation, assets, and versions are properly maintained and archived. ‒ Enforce structured documentation practices across all projects. ‒ Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflow systems (Zoho, Figma, etc.). Education & Certification: Education & Certification: − Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: − 5 – 7 years of experience in project management within creative, design, or event environments. Other: − Proficiency in workflow and project management tools (e.g., Zoho) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma). − Strong understanding of creative processes and design lifecycle. − English proficiency: Minimum B2 level. − Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple parallel projects. − Excellent planning, scheduling, and time management skills. − Ability to manage team workload and prioritize effectively. − Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. − Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks. − High attention to detail in documentation, tracking, and archiving. kee − Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
