This role is responsible of sourcing, negotiating and finalizing all the development projects for Accor, for all brands, all types of contracts, all types of projects, new building / transformation of existing hotels or offices, individual or combined projects.Establish close relationships with key clients in order to understand their projects, commercial objectives and branding requirementsMaintain a strong understanding of current market conditions, competitive landscape and prospective partner/investor/client opportunitiesSupport regional development management teams and development personnel throughout the deal-making process through the evaluation of new opportunities, development of pitches, negotiating of contracts and generally removing hurdles which need to be overcome in order to achieve objectivesDevelop close and regular relations with other departments in order to reflect needs and constraints in the agreements, develop up to date arguments for selling the company and its servicesRepresent the company during local and international seminars, exhibitions, or eventsValidate reports monthly for roll-up into global reportingGenerate leads to grow the Premium, Mid-scale and Economy segments in assigned marketsNegotiate and conclude agreementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field5–7 years of relevant experience (hospitality experience preferred)Fluent in Arabic and EnglishStrong skills in Microsoft Office and stakeholder engagementExperience in market analysis and feasibility studiesKnowledge of hotel operations, hotel accounting, financial modelling, residential development, branded residences, and hotel brands; ability to interpret legal documentsExperience in brand management and communications is an advantageAdditional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why Join Us?Be part of a global hospitality leader committed to innovation and excellence.Drive impactful projects that shape customer experiencesWork in a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities for growth.
